Naturopathic & Natural Hygiene Practices

Traditional Head Massage

Naturopathy and Natural Hygiene are holistic systems that utilize natural remedies to support the body’s ability to heal itself. These practices include a variety of methods, such as massage, manipulative techniques (e.g., osteopathy and chiropractic), acupuncture, exercise, nutritional and lifestyle changes, fasting, sunbathing, earthing, stress reduction, psychotherapy, and counselling.

Naturopathy was revitalized in modern times in 19th-century Germany, although many of its treatments have roots that date back centuries. Today, it integrates traditional healing methods with elements of modern science.

The primary goal of naturopathic and natural hygiene practices is to support the whole person—mind, body, and emotional well-being. These approaches aim to address the root causes of illness rather than merely alleviating symptoms.
